What is the difference between 1:1 Private and 1:2 Duo Batches?

In 1:1 Private Mentorship, your child receives 100% undivided attention from a dedicated coach—ideal for personalized pace and rapid rating growth. In 1:2 Duo Batches, they learn alongside one matched peer (or sibling/friend) for interactive puzzle sparring and mutual motivation.

My child has never played chess. Can they join?

Yes, absolutely! Over 70% of our kids start as total beginners. Coaches introduce piece movements, rules, and coordinates through fun visual stories and interactive games.

What equipment do we need for the demo class?

Just a laptop, computer, or tablet with internet and a webcam. No physical chessboard or software download needed—kids drag and drop pieces directly on our digital interactive board.

What happens after the free 45-minute demo?

The coach shares a free written evaluation of your child's focus and problem solving. If your child loved it, you can pick a 1:1 or 1:2 batch schedule. If not, zero obligation—the report is yours to keep.

What if our schedule changes and we need to reschedule?

Life with kids is busy! Simply reply to the confirmation WhatsApp message or call (555) 321-CHESS, and our team will gladly reschedule your demo to any convenient day.
